The 7 Guiding Principles of Our Community

These principles are the foundation of our commitment. They guide every action we take, every event we host, and every interaction we share as we work to build a more connected world.

Our Highest Priority is Safety and Welcome. We are committed to creating and protecting a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all. We strive to do no harm and to leave every person, place, and interaction a little better than we found it.

Lead with Curiosity. Connection begins with curiosity. We choose to listen to understand, not just to reply. We ask questions, share stories, and assume positive intent in others.

Be a Co-Creator of the Vibe. A welcoming atmosphere isn't created by one person; it's co-created by everyone. We all share the responsibility of making the circle wider. If you see someone standing alone, invite them in. Be a host, not just a guest.
